Our accommodation includes elegant rooms and suites, luxury Garden Cottages, and our stunning three-bedroom Chef’s Cottage and four-bedroom Banyan Cottage. All of our rooms and cottages are serviced daily. Our accommodation is single storey and has boardwalk and paved access to the lounge, bar, restaurant, day spa, verandah, tennis court, gardens and waterfront deck. Since 2014, we’ve spent five million dollars refurbishing our rooms and cottages, and they’re now perfect accommodation for the subtropics. Pinetrees was named TripAdvisor’s Number 1 Hotel in Australia in 2017 and 2018, ahead of 4520 hotels across the country, and TripAdvisor’s Number 2 Hotel in the South Pacific in 2019, ahead of all hotels in Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand and Australia (except one).

Our Under the Pines Rooms have 36 sqm of interior and exterior space with French doors, louvre windows, wool carpet and Blackbutt decks. Each room has a relaxed coastal style with local artwork by Ken Lees and a small library nook with a cosy snuggle couch.
SALLYWOOD SUITE
Our Sallywood Suites have 58 sqm of interior and exterior space with French doors, louvre windows, cool tiles, wool carpet and Blackbutt decks. There’s a separate living room with cosy couches and beautiful coffee table books.
GARDEN COTTAGE
Our architect designed Garden Cottages have 83 sqm of interior and exterior space with high ceilings, Blackbutt timber floors, wool carpet and Blackbutt decks. There’s a separate living area with cosy couches, a library with over 100 books, small kitchen, and a private outdoor living deck with a beautiful stone bath.
BANYAN COTTAGE
Our luxury Banyan Cottage has 215 sqm of interior and exterior space with high ceilings, louvre windows, Blackbutt timber floors, wool carpet and Blackbutt decks. There are four bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a separate living area with cosy couches and a beautiful collection of coffee table books.

Our luxury Chef’s Cottage has 130 sqm of interior and exterior space with French doors, louvre windows, sky lights, Blackbutt timber floors and Blackbutt decks. There are three bedrooms with private decks, a full kitchen, and a separate living area with cosy couches and full-wall library with over 400 books.
