We’ve just had a feature article on our Walking and Photography Weeks in Australian Photography Magazine. We were included in the feature ‘12 Fantastic Photo Adventures’ along with other destinations such as Alaska, South America, Blue Mountains, Siem Reap and Arctic Norway. The writer, Brent McKean, is a Lord Howe enthusiast and great company on the cliffs of Mt Lidgbird. It’s a great summary of our 5 day photography adventure. And, yes, Brent won one of the daily competitions for his ‘drama’ photo of a model on a particularly precarious spot on Mt Lidgbird, wearing the Great Walks Magazine ‘jacket of the year’. Thanks Brent!
Our guests have also written some great reviews in TripAdvisor. One guest wrote “we chose to stay for the Walking and Photography week that they have twice a year and it was superb. We were taken to some out-of-the-way places by the friendliest and most helpful staff. The regular photographic expert, Alex, along with Luke and Kenny made this so memorable”, while another wrote “I learnt so much, came home feeling I had had been away for ages, and it was just a week.”
