Valli Little and her team from Delicious Magazine based themselves at Pinetrees in October to shoot the annual summer entertaining feature. Make no mistake – it was hard work. Valli prepared 20 beautiful dishes in 3 days, while her photographer, food stylist and art director created the final images for the magazine. Truth be told, the weather was lousy and a few of the photos were shot in the Pinetrees Boatshed, but the final product does justice to the lovely food. If you’re not sure about food magazines, and have heard stories about the use of hair dryers to cook chicken breasts, then rest assured that the food in Delicious was cooked with care and consumed with complete appreciation (by me!).
