The Sydney Morning Herald recently did a formal review of Pinetrees, as part of their long-running Weekend Away series. To be honest, it was scary. What if the food was too spicy, or the weather lousy, or the plane late, or the service too relaxed (or too fussy)? The list of possible problems was long, and Murphy’s Law suggests that at least one problem was likely. But, alas, the review went well and we received a five stars. We haven’t seen many five star reviews over the years, so hopefully we’re exceeding the expectations of our guests (and journalists).
