Helen Razer, the much loved radio presenter from Triple J and the ABC, joined our recent Wellness Week on behalf of Mamamia. I never though that I would write those words. My memory of Helen from Triple J in the 1990s is dominated by her volume, explicit language, and anti-establishment views on, well, everything. But they were the days of Grunge, and that was normal. I also remembered her intellect, humour and very sharp wit. So what could go wrong with Helen and a bunch of middle-aged women doing yoga and wholefood cooking classes? Read her review and find out. Thanks Helen – your yoga is lousy, but you’re one of the most inspirational people I’ve met! I never wanted a “really together big sister” – I wanted a gonzo big sister, like you.
