During February, we watched the spread of COVID-19 around the world, and the scenes from Italy, in particular, were horrific.
We’ve started work on our Sallywood Swamp Forest Restoration Project. It’s a big deal. Sallywood Swamp Forests are a Critically Endangered Ecological Community in NSW – and they’re only found on Lord Howe Island.
About thirty percent of our guests come via referrals from other guests (normally family and friends), and we’re proud of such a high proportion.
Al Nicolson started his role as Executive Chef in 2013, and has been one of the main reasons for our success over the last five years.
